Roadmap for Quality
The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) partnered with the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) and the Utah State Board of Education (USBE), and worked with support coordinators, providers, and individuals in services and family members, to develop a new “Roadmap for Quality” – charting a path forward to improve the quality of services and improve the quality of life for people with disabilities across the state.
To improve the quality of services, DSPD and stakeholders from the community identified 3 pillars to focus our efforts:
- Keeping people safe
- Enhancing employment opportunities
- Empowering people to integrate into their communities more fully
